The additional benefit is that it gets skiers further away from the chine spray off the side of your boat and that is why it is recommended with all the Tower Booms.
With any of the Barefoot International Booms anyone from 4 years old to 400lbs can learn to get up on skis, boards, surf, or barefooting on the first try.
