Super Holding Power For Boats and Pontoons Up To 40'! The Digger Freshwater Anchor provides 200% more holding power than traditional anchors. Digs down in mud, sand, and weeds where other anchors skid and drag. Anchor sets faster and then keeps "digging" down, especially in rough weather.
Release mechanism is concealed in aluminum handle. Just a jerk on the rope when pulling up automatically drops flukes so all mud, sand and weeds stay in the water. Anchor mechanism will only release when anchor is pulled up vertically to the boat or if in a nearly horizontal position. Anchor will not release when being pulled at an angle.
